Products & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to describe and price products accurately, but if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Stock is subject to availability.

Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you an order confirmation, but the contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order.

Delivery

Delivery options, estimated timeframes and costs are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by matters outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email tom@wobzcards.com within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — email us first and we'll confirm the correct return address and any other instructions (our registered office above is a correspondence address, not a returns address). Items should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You're responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you've sent them).

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, this is separate from — and in addition to — your right to cancel above, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us at tom@wobzcards.com with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable at the time you placed your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
